| Additional Court
Fees |
- There is an allocation fee of
£100 which must be paid by the Claimant if the claim is over £1,500
and is set down for a court hearing.
- On obtaining judgment enforcement may
be required. A schedule of Court Fees for enforcing is
listed below.

After the issuing of
proceedings the Defendant has 21 days to reply. They have the following
options:
- To ignore the claim
- To admit the claim in full
- To defend the claim in full
- To admit part of the claim
If no response is received by the court
Judgment in Default can be applied for. |

How we will help you |

Claim Link will assess your
claim and advise you of the options in order to move forward. When you are
happy to proceed we will prepare your Court documents, file them at Court,
liaise with the Court and the Defendant and advise you as to how to prepare
your document bundle in the event that you should need to attend Court. |

Claim Link's costs |

Claim Link will only charge
you the fixed fee of £50.00. Of course, you will be responsible for the
court fees which Claim Link have no influence over. The fixed fee provides you
with access to our email and telephone help desk for the full duration of your
claim. All cash receipts come directly to you and in the event that the
Defendant pays you in full prior to proceedings being issued your court fe will
be refunded intact.
Should you require additional work or choose to
require the services of a solicitor we will advise you of the costs
involved. |
